Feeling Funky

I’d write more tonight but I’m in a very low mood. I’ve had a headache for a few days and am just generally feeling lousy.

One day, maybe two, I can handle. But this is the third day in a row and I’m just over it.

What do you do to break yourself out of a funk?

I’m sorry you’re feeling bummed. I know how you feel. What usually works for me is rehydrating with lots of water and getting at least 7 hours of sleep for a few nights in a row. On top of that, I’ve lately been trying different amino acids. What an amazing difference they’ve made. They’re game changers for me. I hope you’re feeling better now. 🙂
